We had a great time at this unique hotel! The location was perfect, with convenient access to nearby restaurants and bars. Our room was spacious and clean, with a balcony that offered a stunning view of the surroundings. The service was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all our needs were met. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had a bar and terrace, providing a great space to relax and unwind.

We did experience some deficiencies in the administration, which affected our overall experience.

The rooms in this hotel have a really nice design and are quite spacious. the balcony had a great view and was a nice touch. the location was very convenient with many shops and restaurants around. the hotel had a really cool and modern vibe which made the experience enjoyable.

The staff was very unorganized and inefficient. I had to constantly ask for basic necessities like toilet paper and towels multiple times before they were finally provided.

The location of Autentico Vertical Aparthotel was fantastic. The complex itself was super cool and had a nice design concept. The rooms were spacious and clean, with a balcony and a great view. I loved the downstairs bar and the upstairs terrace, adding to the overall great infrastructure investment.

Although the administration seemed nice, they were unfortunately deficient in meeting basic guest needs. On several occasions, I had to go downstairs multiple times to request essentials like toilet paper and complimentary coffee, which were never delivered despite multiple promises.
