We absolutely loved our stay at this hidden paradise! The pool surrounded by palm trees was incredible, and the spacious and clean rooms were a delightful surprise. The bathroom was also clean and had perfect water pressure in the shower. The strong WiFi throughout the property was a great bonus. We also enjoyed the bar located next to the pool, which made excellent margaritas at a very reasonable price. The live concerts at the bar in the evenings were a lovely addition, providing a pleasant ambiance that could be enjoyed from our room porch or the pool area. We were grateful that the bar closed around 21:30, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The complimentary breakfasts and the central location of the hotel were also big pluses for us. Lastly, we really appreciated the availability of daily yoga classes at Kava Kasa Yoga.

We felt safe walking around at night and had no complaints whatsoever.

The pool was amazing and provided a great place to relax and cool off during our weekend getaway. the on-site restaurant was very convenient and had delicious menu options, making it easy to grab a meal without having to venture too far. One of the best things about our stay was the surprising quietness of the hotel, considering its prime location. It made for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. the staff were also very accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

One of the things I didn't like was that all drinks were served in plastic cups. I would have preferred if they used glassware instead to reduce waste and pollution.

The rooms with toilets IN the bedroom are very comfortable, perfect for a great stay. The staff is friendly, and the basic amenities are on point. Moreover, the breakfast included is a real deal with 9 options to choose from, including jam.

My stay at Aventura Mexicana was superb. The hotel provided great value for money and the staff were incredibly helpful. When my luggage was delayed, they went above and beyond to assist me in retrieving it from the airport. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the bustling 5th Avenue with its bars and restaurants. The hotel itself had a lovely inner garden and a 24-hour open pool, adding to the overall charm of the place. Despite a small drawback of the bathroom lacking a proper separation from the living space, my husband and I enjoyed a comfortable and memorable 6-night stay. The meals offered in the hotel restaurant were delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The only slight downside was the lack of a kettle or coffee machine in the room. However, this was outweighed by the hotel's traditional tropical atmosphere and friendly staff. I highly recommend Aventura Mexicana for its value, location, and excellent service.

The hotel also offered strong wifi throughout the property. The bar next to the pool opened at 15:00 and made great margaritas at a good price. The live concerts at the bar in the evening were a nice touch. One of the best things about the hotel was the access it provided to a nearby beach club for free, although it wasn't suitable for families. The hotel also gave us free beach towels and allowed us to hang out by the pool after check-out, which was a perfect rest before our long flight. Additionally, the hotel offered day tours to Chichen Itza at an average price.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely hotel in Playa del Carmen. Aventura Mexicana Hotel offers a great location, with easy access to the beach, main streets, and nearby attractions like XCaret parks and Cozumel island. the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even better. They even gave us a discount for a beach club called Kool Club at Mamita beach, which I highly recommend. the hotel had a good vibe, attracting chill and beautiful people. And let's not forget the adorable towel animals that the creative staff would make. a wonderful experience.

Nothing not to like.

Our stay was conveniently located right in between some superb restaurants and close to the bustling 5th avenue. The room was average, with a comfortable bed and good air conditioning, but the bathroom lacked privacy. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast offering was varied and tasty. We enjoyed lounging by the lovely pools and the beautiful inner garden.

Sadly, the airport transfer was not very clear, leading to a frustrating experience upon arrival.

The hotel provided a delicious cooked-to-order breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had good amenities such as air conditioning and ceiling fans. - the hotel's location was great, situated in a tropical oasis that felt miles away from the city, yet still close to restaurants and shops. - the staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to answer questions and assist with transportation.

The hotel lacked some necessary upgrades and maintenance, such as dirty and sagging pool lounge chairs. The food options at the hotel's bistro were limited, and it was not possible to order snacks, lunch, or dinner.
