The plumbing issue in the main floor bathroom was quickly resolved by the responsive and helpful maintenance team. The check-in process was efficient and the property manager, Elvia, provided excellent service throughout our stay. The penthouse apartment had amazing views, was clean and well-stocked with kitchen utensils. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and a short bus ride to the central area. While the apartment itself was beautiful, the building was a bit run down. However, it did not affect our stay as everything we used, including the elevator, worked fine.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, far enough from the busy part of the hotel zone but still easily accessible with a short bus ride. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, always available to answer our questions and provide helpful recommendations. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had stunning views from both sides. We could enjoy breathtaking sunrises over the beach and mesmerizing sunsets over the lagoon. The rooms were well maintained and the entire property was quiet and peaceful. The pool was a great size and never crowded, allowing us to relax and unwind during our vacation. We also appreciated the convenient shuttle service to the airport and the helpful assistance in arranging tours and tickets. our experience here exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again in the future.
