The hotel was beautifully designed and had a unique charm. The courtyards were stunning and created a serene atmosphere. Our room was upgraded to a deluxe apartment, which was spacious and had a private courtyard with a mini pool. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. Additionally, the hotel's location in downtown was perfect for exploring the city.

I found that the pool lacked adequate service. It was clean and warm, but there was no staff available to assist guests.

We had an amazing time at Casa De Sierra Nevada in San Miguel. Our private plunge pool was a highlight, and we loved the delicious breakfasts and timely room service. The hotel's beautiful gardens and decor truly reflected the best of San Miguel. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants just around the corner. The accommodations were superb, with attention to detail in creating a colonial Mexican environment. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make us comfortable.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the welcome lavender towel, signature cocktail, and guacamole with fresh chips. The drinks were excellent and the service/staff were top-notch. The coffee and pan dulce in the AM were delicious and delivered right outside our room. The ambiance of our room, with its 16th-century doors, was charming. The hotel's central location made it easy to access the pedestrian streets and nearby attractions. The pool area was lovely, and we enjoyed dining al fresco on the terrace or rooftop patio. The hotel had a festive atmosphere during Christmas, and we were pleased with the high standards of health and safety.

We received early check-in and were provided with a temporary room while ours was being cleaned. The concierge recommended a great restaurant. Our king suite had a terrace with a view and a small pool. The welcome towel, cocktail, and guacamole were enjoyable. The staff was accommodating and the room had 16th-century charm.

Our New Year's stay was amazing! The hotel's historic building and traditional decor really gave us a true Mexican experience. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city's best artisans' works. The food was exceptional, featuring regional specialties like delicious octopus and empanadas. The stunning courtyard and pool area made our stay even more enjoyable.

The water temperature in the shower was erratic, which was a bit of an inconvenience. The loud bells from the nearby church also woke us up early some mornings.

The staff were amazing and made us feel at home. The location was perfect, with taxis readily available and the main attractions within easy reach. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the hotel restaurant.

The hot water in the bathroom was inconsistent and often not hot enough. The bathroom itself was substandard for the price we paid, lacking a bathtub and with a faulty basin plug.

I recently stayed at Casa De Sierra Nevada in San Miguel and had a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, with unique rooms that capture the essence of a Belmond hotel. The food was delicious, and I highly recommend the cooking class with Raul and mojigangas painting with Hermes. The massages were also top-notch. I loved every moment of my stay!

The location of this hotel near Juárez park offers a peaceful and exclusive atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the main square. Guests can enjoy a quiet stay in quaint rooms with high ceilings and fireplaces. The service provided by the housekeeping staff is impeccable, with attention to detail in every aspect of the room. Additionally, breakfast at the Parque Restaurant is delicious and served with friendly kindness.

The gym at the main compound is small and may not meet the expectations of those looking for a larger fitness facility.
