We recently stayed at Concierge Plaza for a week-long vacation. The hotel's location was fantastic, with free parking available. We were charmed by the historic property and impressed by the friendly staff. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the bagged ice available for safety. The rooftop area was a delightful spot to enjoy a coffee or drink, with great views of the Jardín Libertad. a wonderful experience that we would gladly repeat.

Parking was convenient and affordable, costing only £5.00 for 48 hours. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast had a wide selection of options.

I stayed at this venue and I loved its location, right on the main square! The staff was extremely helpful throughout my stay. The room was well-equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and free toiletries. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the restaurant.

We had an incredible time staying at this hotel! The location couldn't be more perfect, right in the heart of everything. From the sidewalk restaurant to the balconies, we had the best vantage point to experience all the vibrant activities happening in this bustling city. The staff were friendly and responsive, and the service was top-notch. We also appreciated the excellent sanitation protocols they had in place. The no-touch elevator was a huge plus!

This place isn't as well-maintained as it could be, but the lack of service is made up for by the fun and lively bar staff. The rooms were a bit dirty, but it didn't really bother us because the rest of the hotel was so amazing.

We sipped wine and watched the great show happening right from our balcony. The price was great, the location was convenient, and the restaurant was top-notch. I loved staying at this hotel for its perfect location next to the Cathedral/Basílica. The room with a balcony onto the square was fantastic! The staff were exceptional, from the friendly lady making delicious omelettes and tortillas in the morning to the helpful cleaning ladies who guided us to the gym and fixed a leaky faucet promptly. The airport shuttle driver also provided us with great information about other places to visit. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and I received a free upgrade to a larger room with a view of the bustling streets. Waking up to the sound of the Cathedral bells was a highlight. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next trip to Colima!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of town, making it easy to explore the central square and visit the markets. We were able to walk to several other squares and found many interesting shops along the way. The room was modern and comfortable, with key card-operated lights and a solar hot water system. The service was exceptional, with the front desk staff even offering us a discounted rate. The breakfast was delicious and there was a rooftop area where we could enjoy coffee and a drink.

The rooms could benefit from some updates, as they had a slightly old look and feel and lacked the classical and historical vibe of the building.

The staff were exceptional. Tortilla lady was friendly, omelettes were yummy. Room cleaning lady fixed faucet promptly. Other cleaning lady guided us to gym when usual route closed. Airport shuttle driver gave great info about Mexico, found us easily, provided written summary. Hotel was clean and well-maintained!

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the heart of this vibrant city. The location of this place is absolutely perfect! From the sidewalk restaurant and balconies, I had a perfect vantage point to witness all the activities happening in the heart of the city. There were concerts, parades, processions, and even weddings. It felt like I was truly part of the life of this place. The staff here were very friendly and always available to help. The parking lot attendant even kindly helped carry our bags inside to reception. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities provided. And the top deck of the hotel was simply lovely. I enjoyed having a drink at Terraza Terpiche and soaking in the beautiful views. The pool was also a great place to relax and unwind.
