I recently stayed at Best Western Premier in Monterrey for a quick overnight stay before my flight. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The breakfast, with its delicious Mexican Monterrey flavors, was a real treat. The hotel was spotlessly clean and in a great location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool and gym facilities were impressive. I also appreciated the convenient shuttle service to the airport. a fantastic experience!

I stayed at this hotel during Christmas and it was a great experience. the staff was friendly and organized, and they made sure to ask for our shuttle time in the morning. the breakfast was good and there was even a restaurant nearby for other dining options. the location was key, being close to the airport, and the fact that they offered a free shuttle every 30 minutes was a huge convenience. the room itself was nice and clean, and the internet was very easy to connect to without any complicated codes or passwords.

There were some disappointing aspects of the hotel. Additionally, the hotel failed to notify us that there would be no breakfast on the 1st of January, which was quite frustrating.

The hotel is conveniently located in the airport area, just a half mile away from 3-4 good restaurants, making it easy to find delicious meals nearby. Additionally, the adjacent industrial park offers great opportunities for running, with low to moderate traffic and wide streets ensuring safety. The spacious rooms, complete with robes and disposable slippers, provide a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, with shuttle drivers already waiting at the airport to assist guests.

I had a cancelled flight and AeroMexico Airlines placed me at the Best Western near the airport. I was pleasantly surprised by the upgrades and comforts of this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, with an amazing bed and great WiFi access. The microwave and stocked refrigerator in the room were a convenient touch. The hotel restaurant served delicious hamburgers and the free breakfast was a nice perk. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and family travelers staying in the airport area.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable rooms and excellent WiFi access. the beds were some of the best I have ever slept on in a hotel, ensuring a restful night's sleep. the hotel's key location near the airport was also a major advantage, as it made getting to and from my flight a breeze. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast in the morning provided a great start to the day.

The lack of communication about the airport shuttle service.

The room advantages were remarkable, with modern style decoration, a comfortable bed, and private facilities. Cons: Unfortunately, the breakfast is not the best, it could be more varied. My personal experience at this venue, provided an excellent stay with small opportunities for improvement.
