Clean and comfortable rooms with a gas heater to keep us warm in cold temperatures. Convenient location, only a short walk from the main town's plaza, yet still peaceful and quiet. The staff was friendly, supportive, and helpful, providing excellent service for luggage and transportation.

The restaurant was uninviting and the food was subpar, especially the pizza place. Some areas of the hotel, such as the spa bathroom and lobby, were in need of repair and had broken or nonworking parts.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the beautiful area. The tour of the surrounding area was breathtaking. The male wait staff and manager were extremely attentive and accommodating. The room was well-designed, with excellent lighting and outlets. The temperature control in the room was consistent and comfortable. I had a great experience at The Lodge At Creel Eco - Hotel & Spa and would definitely recommend it.

I loved having a bathtub, which is quite rare in Mexico. Plus, the hotel had its own beer brewery, and the beer was really good. The young bartender working on Wednesday and Thursday was incredibly friendly and clearly enjoyed his job.

The breakfast was delicious, and the lobby was a cozy place to relax and chat with fellow travelers. it was a wonderful experience.

I was disappointed to learn that the hotel does not permit service dogs, which I believe is a policy that should be reconsidered to accommodate those who rely on these animals for assistance.
