Great location in the center of Metepec. The owner of the hotel provided us a ride to a place we wanted to visit. The hotel is clean and very nice.

The hotel is located right in the heart of the tourist area and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. the room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. We particularly appreciated the on-site parking which gave us peace of mind and a hassle-free experience.

The TV channels were mostly in Spanish, which was a bit disappointing. the hotel was a bit challenging to locate at first due to the one-way roads in the area.
