The condo had a cute and cozy atmosphere with vibrant colors, creating a lovely ambiance. The spa was excellent and overall, we enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The location was ideal, just a 5-minute drive from Puerto Nuevo and the beach. We were able to enjoy two beautiful ocean views from our room. The on-site security provided peace of mind. Additionally, all the kitchen appliances worked perfectly. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely go back.

Additionally, the onsite restaurant offered delicious food and excellent service, and the convenience of having a beach and nearby shops within walking distance was a huge plus. it was an intimate and enjoyable experience.

The hotel had two pool areas with jacuzzis, and I particularly enjoyed the more secluded pool. The gym also had an ocean view, which was a nice touch. We had a wonderful family vacation at a beautiful property with lovely tile floors and roofs. With a spa package and an island feel, we enjoyed a relaxing atmosphere and cozy villas decorated in a Mexican style. The two pools and jacuzzis were a huge hit, and we even enjoyed a sand pit with volleyball and a mini driving range. In addition, it was a unique experience to be able to walk down a dirt path to get to the beach, which is not something that can be found at many Mexican hotels.

The gym facilities were not made clear to us during our stay, and we only discovered it by chance.

We loved this place for its location right down the beach where we could walk down the dirt path to get to the ocean and relax in a really soothing environment. Additionally, the shuttle service, airport shuttle, welcome drink, and tours/ticket assistance were very friendly and accommodating. We were also impressed by the room amenities, such as the tea and coffee facilities, dining table, and garden furniture among others. The leisure spa and wellness centre, swimming pool, and massage services made our stay even more enjoyable.

This place has great customer service and offers all the facilities and amenities we needed, so we strongly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit this area.
