We had the time of our lives partying and enjoying all of the fun activities available. The outdoor sports courts were awesome - we played tennis, beach volleyball, and even tried our hand at golf. And let's not forget about the incredible music by international DJs in the Xcelerate zone. It was non-stop energy and pure excitement!

The only thing we wished for was more late-night entertainment options specifically catered to young party-goers like us. The hotel definitely had a great party atmosphere, but it would have been even more amazing if there were night pool parties or girls dancing above the bar.

The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to key attractions and beautiful surroundings.- One of the best aspects of our experience was the excellent breakfast buffet, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

The cleanliness of the rooms was below par, with inadequate attention to detail by the housekeeping staff. We had a negative experience with the beach lifesaver, as they did not attend to someone who was stung by a stingray, leaving us to handle the situation ourselves.

Almost perfect

During our stay, we loved the location near the reef, which provided great opportunities for snorkeling. The restaurants were fantastic, especially the one next to the steakhouse. The Xhale area of the resort was extremely peaceful and relaxing, providing a much-needed break from the more crowded areas. Our room was spacious with a comfortable bathroom, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Additionally, the gym had excellent equipment and the pool area was great for lounging and soaking up the sun.

The resort credits were a bit limiting in how they could be used.

The room was cozy and the swim out pool was a great feature. The food was fantastic, with a variety of options and no bad experiences. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

I got amazing value for my money at Breathless. The room was stunning and the oceanfront view with a hot tub on the balcony was a great touch. The location near the Cancun airport was convenient, and the staff treated me like royalty.

Breakfast delights could have been improved with more variety.

The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The restaurants offer great food with a wide selection. The hotel has beautiful rooms and all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The pools are wonderful with plenty of loungers and excellent poolside waiter service. The location, just 10 minutes from Cancun airport, is a big plus.

The property was beautiful and clean, with spacious and comfortable rooms offering ocean or pool views. The staff was friendly and accommodating, promptly addressing any requests or issues. The shower had strong water pressure and plenty of room for two. The resort offered a variety of pools, each uniquely designed and well-maintained. Room service was available 24 hours, and I appreciated the convenient cubby for food and dirty dishes. The French Restaurant, Coquette, was amazing, and the drinks. The spa was also a standout experience. a exceptional resort with helpful and kind staff.

From the jaw-dropping pools to the mind-blowing spa, this resort exceeded all expectations! The spacious and perfectly set up pools were a super treat, and the helpful concierge ensured we had an amazing time. The "welcome to the party" vibe was super fun, and the swim-out pools were absolutely amazing - a definite splurge for our next visit! Kudos to the incredible E-team, including Misael, Patricia, Santino. The cleanliness and well-maintained property were top-notch, and the friendly staff were always there to assist. The food and drinks were better than any all-inclusive we've been to, and we've experienced several. This resort is definitely a winner!

The pools were nice and the swim-out suite was great. the bar with swings was a fun touch. the spa was relaxing and the live music added to the atmosphere. the huge hot tubs were a great way to unwind after a long day of activities. the location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and shopping.

The food options at the hotel were limited and of low quality. Many of the restaurants and bars advertised were not actually available or were just juice machines.

Three areas to enjoy, no reservations needed for restaurants, good Wi-Fi, well-run spa, fun disco.

The property at Breathless was clean and beautiful, making for a pleasant stay. The layout of the resort provided stunning views of the ocean from certain restaurants and bars. We enjoyed late day cocktails at the Freestyle Pool while grooving to the live DJ's great music. The bartenders at Deep Bar and The Bar were fantastic and made delicious cocktails, including Don Julio 70 Anejo Claro. The Xhale Swim out room had a smart layout with a glass shower, which we loved. we had a wonderful time and would recommend this resort.

The food was incredible, with a wide variety of options including room service. The staff were polite and went above and beyond. Lots of activities and entertainment to enjoy. The rooms were spacious, clean, and the swim-out pool was a refreshing luxury.
