The studio apartment is comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The terrace and pool are beautiful and well-maintained. Pepe's dinner is a gastronomical treat. High-speed wifi is reliable throughout the property. Weekly cleaning service provided. Watching the sunset over the waves is a beautiful experience.

We were thrilled with our stay at the beach house. The room was fantastic, offering breathtaking views of the ocean and the pool. The fully-equipped kitchenette was a great bonus, and the constant supply of good drinking water was much appreciated. The location was just perfect, within walking distance of all amenities yet tucked away enough to enjoy a peaceful retreat. Pepe and Maria, our hosts, were excellent and provided us with everything we needed.

We felt safe walking around at night and had no complaints whatsoever.

The host, Pepe, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even driving us to and from the grocery store. The kitchen was well-stocked, and Pepe made sure we had everything we needed. The property was clean and well-maintained, and the private pool was a refreshing oasis. The beach and palapa were absolutely beautiful and the perfect spot to relax. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing stay.

The property was clean and well-maintained, with a cozy studio apartment that had everything I needed. The beachfront location was unbeatable, and it was just a short walk to great restaurants. The pool area was lovely, and Pepe's cooking was a gastronomical treat. I will definitely be back!

I recently had a great stay at a beachfront property in Bucerias. the owners, Pepe and Emma, were excellent hosts and quickly addressed any requests we had. Pepe even drove us to and from the grocery store multiple times. the property was well maintained and clean, although some updates are needed. We stayed in a studio suite with a shaded sitting area right off the pool deck. the kitchen was well stocked, and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean with decent linens. the location was perfect, close to restaurants and grocery stores, and just a short walk to the center of town. the rental property exceeded my expectations and I look forward to returning.
