The breakfast was amazing, it really was tasty and had a range of different things. I was impressed with how efficient the service was, and the staff were very good at providing suggestions for things to do in the area. the location was brilliant, close to all the hustle and bustle of the city but in a quiet area.

The hotel lacked personality, it was very sterile and didn't have a lot of charm. the arrival process wasn't great - there was no one to show us around or give us information about the hotel.

This hotel is a wonderful retreat, with a secluded and serene atmosphere. the exclusive amenities provide everything needed for a luxurious stay. the Live entertainment and Leisure/ TV room were great, and offered relaxation and entertainment. the private facilities were spacious, comfortable and stylish, with high quality linens and toiletries. the location is convenient and easily accessible, with numerous transportation options nearby.

Currently, the hotel does not provide guided tours of the premises upon arrival. We found ourselves a bit lost and unsure of the hotel layout.
