The room was spacious and clean, with a well-maintained bathroom. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, accommodating our requests and arranging reliable transportation.

The breakfast options were limited, with only toast, tea/coffee, and thinly sliced fruit available.

Everything is what I need and want.

However, the one redeeming quality of this hotel was its location. It was located in central Cancun, and it was only a 5-minute walk to the ADO bus station. This made it very easy for me to travel around and explore different parts of the city using the local bus system. There were also plenty of restaurants, markets, and events in the area, allowing me to really experience the local Cancun life.

Excellent location for walking to Mercado 28 and next to a park with family and community activities. Adequate room with comfortable bed and helpful staff. Easy walking distance to local restaurant, Pescadito, and fish restaurants in the mercado. Small grocery store nearby for buying water.

Located in downtown, this hotel is perfect for a short stay in the city. the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and modern and the air conditioning works well. One of the best aspects of this hotel is that it is close to public transport and shops. the rooms are very spacious and comfortable.
