Great location in the heart of all the action, with easy access to all the attractions. Friendly and helpful staff, always ready to assist with any requests or concerns.- The price for the central location was a great deal.

The noise level at night was quite high, making it difficult to sleep soundly. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved, as there were some visible issues.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Barka in Playa del Carmen. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist. They even changed our room for us when we requested a different option. the location of the hotel is perfect, right on the main street and within walking distance to the bus station and ferry terminal. the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We were also impressed when the staff lent us a charger for our phone without any hesitation.

The price for the central location was an absolute steal - so convenient being right on the main street! The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to assist us, even finding us a bigger room when we requested a change. Although it was still a bit noisy, the bed was super comfy. Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and flat-screen TV were awesome bonuses. an amazing stay that surpassed all expectations!

We stayed at a centrally located hotel in Playa del Carmen. the price was great, and the staff at Casa Barka were very kind and helpful. They were happy to accommodate our request for another room when we found the first one to be extremely noisy. We ended up getting a bigger room, although it was still noisy due to the location of the hotel. the receptionist was especially friendly and helpful, even changing our room when we expressed concern about the balcony door not being lockable. the hotel is located on 5th Avenue, about 15 minutes from the ADO bus station. the staff also went out of their way to lend us a phone charger when we didn't have an adapter.

Conveniently located on the bustling Main Street. Super friendly and helpful staff, particularly receptionist Elizabeth. Room and bathroom were clean, basic, and comfortable. Noisy due to its central location, but to be expected in this lively area.
