The beds are king size and very comfortable. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean. There is good coffee available all day in the lobby. There is also a good little cafe located less than 1 block away. It is a short walk to the water and along the bay. There is a nice local family restaurant, Rincon de Andaluz, for breakfast and lunch right across the street from the hotel.

Parking was limited, and the windows in the room opened directly to the walkway, providing zero privacy.

We especially appreciated the security measures in place, with locked doors and windows. The wifi worked well, although connecting multiple devices was a bit of a hassle. Despite a minor issue with the elevator not working, the hotel quickly resolved it and moved us to a more accessible room. we highly recommend Casa Blanca for a pleasant stay in Chetumal.

The room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a pleasant night's sleep. The facilities, such as the air conditioning and hot water, were in good working order, adding to our overall satisfaction.

I recently stayed at Casa Blanca in Chetumal and had a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location at the entrance of the city was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas. The room was spacious and comfortable, and they even provided a crib for our baby at no extra charge. Despite our own mishap with the AC, the staff quickly resolved the issue. The hotel also had a large parking area and was very clean. It was the ideal place for a getaway.

The shower area was also clean and well-maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable with luxurious sheets and cozy blankets. The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was within walking distance to the port where we caught the boat to Belize. Additionally, right across the street from the hotel, there was a public volleyball court, and it was only three blocks away from the ocean. we were impressed with the cleanliness, facilities, and convenient location of this hotel.
