I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Tepoztlan. the location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by towering mountains and peaceful gardens. The view is breathtaking and the gardens are beautiful, providing a serene and relaxing atmosphere. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were attentive, kind, and very eager to please, making me feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. this hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

All aspects of my stay at this hotel were more than satisfactory.

The breathtaking mountain views and well-kept garden were my favorite parts of my recent stay in Tepoztlan. the location was also ideal for my business trip. the staff, especially the masculine personnel, had a very nice and service-oriented attitude.

The slow check-in and check-out process was detracting, and the breakfast quality and price were not worth it. I also experienced an issue with the billing process that needed to be cleared up.
