I found the upper floors were only reached by stairs, which was a struggle given the altitude. There were issues with the kitchen and bathroom faucets, consistently spraying water everywhere, making for quite a mess. The cleaning procedures were unclear. I wasn't informed of any cleaning fees beforehand and the room was never fully cleaned during my stay, aside from taking out the trash. Additionally, the hall light leaked under the door, causing an annoying glow all night, and the fan in the room was dusty until I asked for it to be replaced.

Request extra coffee pods upon arrival. only provided for the first day during my stay.

The hotel was not only charming with its immaculately restored decor, but it also offered easy access to beautiful Chapultepec Park, just a short 950-meter walk away, making my weekend strolls around the city truly enjoyable. additionally, being so close to the Museo Nacional de Antropologia allowed me to soak up some culture without having to travel far.

during my previous trips to mexico city, this stay was one of my best. the comfort of the bed coupled with the touch of a classy lobby interior really resonated with me. it was a perfect break during my long journey with enjoyable meals nearby at selene tacqueria.

The street noise can be quite disturbing, especially for ground floor rooms!!! The bathroom sizes vary drastically, with some being cramped. Consider better noise insulation for the doors!!!
