The concept is nice, and the hotel is a hidden gem. The value for the price was good, especially considering the desired area of town and proximity to the beach. The rooms were nicely updated, with AC, curtains to block light, and comfortable beds. I appreciated the daily room cleaning and the helpfulness of the staff. The rooftop pool provided a unique experience, making you feel like you're in the middle of the jungle. Plus, they had free bikes available for guests to use, making it easy to get around.

The staff, particularly Dante, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its value and location. it was a great stay.

I recently stayed at Casa Coyote for a week-long eco-friendly getaway. The hotel is nestled in the jungle and offers modern rooms with hot water, a rare find in Tulum. Despite not having a reception, the caring staff is always reachable on WhatsApp. The location is fantastic, with a great cafe nearby. The comfortable beds were perfect for a restful stay.

Spent Christmas at a hidden gem in the heart of the main stretch. Loved that the hotel was tucked away, giving us peace and quiet while still having easy access to everything. The room was spacious with a cool Mexican twist and had a beautiful view of the surrounding jungle. The communal spaces were great with a well-equipped kitchen and a refreshing rooftop pool. A bonus was the complementary breakfast and the access to a sister property's beach club just a short walk away.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a fantastic stay at Casa Coyote in Tulum. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach through Dos Ceibas. The design and interior of the hotel were impressive, and my room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. I was pleasantly surprised to find hot water and air conditioning, as well as fresh water available. The on-site cafe/restaurant, Loco Tulum, served delicious breakfasts each day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Dante who waited up for us to check-in after a delayed flight. The rooftop pool had a great view and provided a refreshing escape from the hot weather. Casa Coyote exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it for a Tulum getaway.

Great location in the peaceful jungle area but still close to the beach. The staff was very service-oriented and helpful. The rooms were clean and had big windows with beautiful views. Breakfast was simple but good, and the price couldn't be beaten. What really impressed me was the attention to detail, like being able to stargaze on the top of the bungalow at night.

Everything was great, no complaints at all.
