I stayed at Casa Del Alma for a week and it was the best hotel experience I've had in Mexico. The hotel is elegant and centrally located, with beautiful light and a muted color palette that gives it a classy vibe. The rooms are large, comfortable, and well appointed, with a spacious bathroom. The terrace in the Junior Suite where we stayed was wonderful, offering stunning views of the sunrise and sunset. The staff, especially Yonatan, were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the hotel also provided convenient and safe parking.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a gym with operable equipment. The location was ideal, just two blocks from the main square and a big outdoor market. The staff, especially Maria Jose, Alejandro, and Jose, made me feel like family with their warm and helpful service. And the breakfast was abundant and served with the same quality as a fine dining restaurant. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

Casa Del Alma Hotel Boutique & Spa provided great value for our money with spacious rooms and a beautiful blend of modern design and tradition. The hotel's location was perfect, just a couple blocks from the main plaza. The staff was friendly, responsive, and truly made us feel welcome.

The food for breakfast could have been improved by offering a greater variety of options.

On the positive side, the hotel had a great location and the spa services were excellent. the hotel itself had a charming boutique vibe with comfortable beds and pillows. Despite being in a central location, the room was surprisingly quiet, contributing to a restful stay. However, these positives were overshadowed by the negative aspects of our experience.

I recently stayed at Casa Del Alma in San Cristobal de las Casas for a week-long vacation. The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to shops and restaurants. The on-site restaurant is excellent, serving delicious meals. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a lovely balcony with green foliage. The furniture was new and well-maintained, and the room was well-lit and comfortable. The hotel staff were extremely courteous and went above and beyond to assist with arranging excursions and providing local recommendations for shopping and dining. my experience at Casa Del Alma was fantastic.

The rooms at the hotel were impressive, with all the amenities and a spacious, new bathroom. the location of the hotel was great, just a few blocks away from the heart of town in a nice neighborhood. One advantage that I enjoyed was the friendly staff, who made our stay even better.

The service we received was poor. Multiple instances where the staff did not go above and beyond to assist us, such as not accommodating the correct number of guests for breakfast or providing assistance with finding a garage for our car.

It is just a short walk to the central plaza, where you can find plenty of restaurants and shops. The rooms are impeccably clean and spacious, offering a comfortable stay. The staff provides excellent service, being polite and helpful in orienting guests to the local sights and attractions. Additionally, the hotel offers a wonderful breakfast, with delicious options to start your day.

The hotel offers a wonderful breakfast in their small restaurant, perfect for budget travelers. It is also conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the central plaza. The historic old town is filled with dozens of restaurants and interesting shops to explore. Additionally, the hotel's excellent rooms, staff, and ambiance make for a pleasant stay. The price is very reasonable, especially considering the level of service provided. Lastly, the hotel offers parking in a garage under the hotel, which is not common in the area.
