The location of the hotel was great, everything was within walking distance.

The breakfast offered was limited and if you wanted something different, you had to pay an additional fee. the shower had a small design flaw, causing water to leak into the toilet area.

We were amazed by the beautiful historic building and the exquisite historic furniture at Boutique Casa Don Gustavo. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on, providing a sinking feeling of comfort and rest. The room was impeccably clean and the presence of a fridge was a godsend. The spacious bathroom, complete with a bidet, was a welcome addition. The efficient AC kept us cool during our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, going the extra mile to ensure we didn't miss our bus by calling us. Even though we had to leave early, they prepared a delicious breakfast for us. The hotel's central location was a major plus, allowing us to easily explore the city.

staying at this boutique hotel was a delightful experience. the location in the heart of the old city made it incredibly convenient to explore on foot. despite the nearby bar, the noise was not a problem thanks to the shutters and double glazed doors. the room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed that was a highlight. the bathroom was modern and spacious, and the staff provided excellent service. i also appreciated the nice antiques in the room and common areas. overall, i highly recommend boutique casa don gustavo and would definitely return for another visit.

Superb location, spacious room, very quiet area, high quality bedding and bathroom amenities, great shower, helpful and gracious staff. Enjoyed a free Christmas Eve dinner with other guests, seated with French-speaking guests. Beautifully furnished with early 1900s style, original decor. Excellent service. Gorgeous, centrally located and well-appointed. Delicious breakfast and optional extras available. Spotless room and massive bathroom. Only downside is small turtle pool. Highly recommended.

Stepping into this former colonial residence within the historic district felt like stepping back in time. The location was ideal, right on 59, a lively pedestrian street bustling with restaurants and close to main touristic attractions. My room was a peaceful oasis, wonderfully quiet despite the lively street below. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast featuring local cuisine. The hotel's attention to detail and thoughtful gestures, like the basket of treats for Ironman participants, made my stay truly special.

The room's limited natural light was easily offset by the inviting courtyard balcony, creating a lovely and airy atmosphere.

A sin gluten option for breakfast would have added to the experience. Unfortunately, some guests were not pleased with the restaurant at dinner, although the complimentary breakfast was excellent.
