The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the rooms were delightful and cheery with their bright interiors. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the Zona Romantica district, close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The staff were amazing, providing exceptional service throughout our stay.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options to cater to different preferences.

We had an amazing value for our money at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean and the staff at both the hotel and beach club were incredibly friendly. The location, right in the center of Old Town, couldn't have been better.

The staff was accommodating and immediately moved us to a bigger room on an upper floor when we had an issue with noise. The location is perfect, close to the beach and excellent restaurants. Access to facilities at sister hotels was a great bonus. The rooftop pool and sitting area were awesome.

The location of Casa Dona Susana is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and the beach within a short walk. Despite being close to everything, it manages to maintain a quiet atmosphere. The room was spacious, and although there wasn't a dresser, it did have a small kitchenette which was convenient. The bed was firm but comfortable, and the pillows were great. The staff, especially Boni the Butler, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The only slight drawback was the lack of a dresser, but overall, I felt really comfortable and nothing was too much trouble during my stay.

I have been coming to this hotel in the center of a lively area for the past 4 years, and it never disappoints. The location is unbeatable, just a block away from a beautiful sandy beach and within walking distance of all the best restaurants and shops. The rooms are cozy and comfortable, with lush towels and sheets in the bathroom. The friendly staff is always ready to help, and the rooftop pool offers stunning views of the surrounding area. It truly feels like a hidden oasis in the heart of the city.

There were some minor maintenance issues during my last stay, such as a broken heater in the rooftop pool and occasional lack of hot water in the showers.

The hotel's tucked back location ensured a peaceful atmosphere and easy access to bars, restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Fabian, the bellhop, provided exceptional service and made our stay unforgettable. The rooftop pool was a quiet oasis and the rooms were comfortable and clean. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic stay in PV.
