The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the bed was the comfiest we've slept in. They even surprised me with a birthday treat! The location was perfect, right by the beach and within walking distance of great nightlife. We would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Casa Ganesh for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is perfect, just steps away from the beach and surrounded by a lively strip with plenty of nightlife options within walking distance. The room I stayed in was extremely clean and cozy, with a spacious bathroom and shower. The air conditioner worked great, but most of the time I enjoyed the refreshing ocean breeze. Victor at the reception provided a warm welcome and went above and beyond to ensure that guests were enjoying their stay. I felt safe and secure throughout my visit, and the cleaning crew did an excellent job. I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Tulum. Casa Ganesh was a perfect choice for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation. The staff was incredibly accommodating and provided great suggestions for breakfast and dinner. The bed was super comfortable, and the tree house-style rooms gave a unique touch to the experience. The clean and spacious bathroom with great water pressure and bathrobes was a nice added bonus. The hotel's location was ideal, right in the middle of all the best spots in Tulum, and having on-site parking was a huge advantage in an area where parking can be challenging to find. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Tulum.

The staff is friendly and helpful, providing complimentary coffee service in the mornings. there is a small supermarket and a pharmacy nearby for your convenience.

It should be noted that there may be some noise from the beach club during the day, though it typically stops around 6pm.
