I had the most delightful stay at this hidden gem in Valladolid. The guest house had a mellow atmosphere and a lovely garden that created a truly magical setting. The rooms and bedding were basic, but that was expected for the price. Despite being a little off the center of town, it was still easy to walk to all the sights.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the traffic noise at night and the lack of mosquito nets, they were not enough to overshadow the positive experience I had. I highly recommend Casa Hamaca Guesthouse for its friendly staff, excellent location, and enchanting atmosphere.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Hamaca. The over sized room made up for the slightly hard Mexican beds. The host, Dennis Larson, and the staff were incredibly helpful and even invited us to their Christmas party. The property is beautifully decorated and has many spots to relax. The full breakfast options were delicious and the location is perfect, within walking distance of Casa de los Venados. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel was the perfect choice for us. We loved the value for money and the attention to detail. The location was ideal, nestled between beautiful historical sites and situated right on a lovely square where we enjoyed live music with the locals. The lush gardens added a touch of tranquility, and the staff provided excellent service. The rooms were comfortable with a very cozy bed and beautifully painted walls. The hammock inside added a unique touch, and the breakfast included delicious homemade granola.

Casa Hamaca was the perfect home base for our family of four. We loved the comfortable and spotless rooms, complete with a hammock for relaxation. The large beautiful bathroom was a bonus. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the delicious breakfast included a variety of options. The location was ideal, with easy access to the city center and popular attractions like Chichen Itza and Cenote Zaci. The small clean pool was a nice touch. it exceeded our expectations and we hope to return.

The friendly Mexican/Mayan staff, beautiful Mayan decorations, and tranquil atmosphere made us feel right at home. The owner's warm welcome and well-maintained grounds were impressive. The spacious room with efficient AC and reliable WiFi was a plus. The hotel's location near the main square and cenote was convenient, and the tasty breakfast and small parking area added to the overall positive experience.

There were some noise issues during the day due to barking dogs and buses passing by. The curtains were not very effective at blocking out sunlight, resulting in early morning wake-ups.

The staff, led by Dennis Larson, was helpful and even invited us to their Christmas party. Casa de los Venados, a private home with Mexican Folk Art, is worth visiting. The delicious breakfast offered many options. Relaxing spots in the beautiful grounds.

Our stay at Capital O Casa Hamaca was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The proprietor, Dennis, was a wealth of knowledge and we enjoyed chatting with him on the front porch. One of the highlights was the mariachi band that played in the park square, thanks to Casa Hamaca's sponsorship. The hotel's beautiful garden and eating terrace added to the magical setting. The breakfast was amazing and the WiFi worked well. we had a fantastic experience and we will definitely be returning.

The atmosphere was very relaxing, with a beautiful tropical garden and authentic Mexican décor. the staff was friendly and always willing to help. the location was great, close to local markets and a short drive from various tourist spots. I also loved the cultural experience, with the owner providing information about local plants, Mayan artifacts, and Mexican culture.

The beds were quite firm, which might not be comfortable for some guests. the initial welcome could have been more personal, with the owner only briefly greeting us before passing us to his staff.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to place our dinner order via WhatsApp when we arrived late. this hotel provided excellent value for our stay.

As young holiday goers, we loved the luscious grounds and the warm greeting from the owner upon our late arrival. The AC in our spacious room worked really well, which is important in Mexico. The Mayan decorations added a beautiful touch. The communal living area was inviting and the owner's love for the place was evident.

Felt like family, no complaints at all.
