We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location right next to the mall was so convenient for shopping and dining options. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with accommodating our disabled companion. They even provided a room with disabled facilities and a wheelchair for us to use. We felt well taken care of and grateful for their assistance. Plus, the breakfast buffet was delicious and there were plenty of options to choose from.

We highly recommend this place to others.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Casa Inn Galerias. The location, right next to a shopping center, was convenient. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, even offering a room with disabled facilities for my companion. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Despite a minor issue with the maid forgetting to leave amenities, it was quickly resolved with just one phone call. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved the location of this hotel since it's right next to a huge shopping center. There are around six different restaurants to choose from, ranging from sushi to pizza to steak dinners, and all of them deliver right to your door. Plus, the security guard escorts the restaurant delivery guys right to your hotel room, which made me feel extra safe. The room was very modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it a very comfortable stay.

There was some limescale buildup in the toilet. It wasn't the end of the world, but it was a bit of an eyesore.
