My stay at Casa Joseph Zicatela was truly memorable. The clean and modern rooms provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. I particularly enjoyed the free yoga sessions and breakfast, which added to the overall experience. The live music in the evenings created a great ambiance. The staff, especially Edwin, went above and beyond to ensure exceptional service throughout my stay. The hotel's location on Zicatela beach, with easy access to other popular areas of Puerto Escondido, was a definite advantage.

The rooms at Casa Joseph Zicatela - Adults Only were absolutely beautiful and comfortable. We loved the bohemian vibe and the attention to detail in the design. The hotel's beachfront location provided stunning views, especially during sunset. The breakfast, as well as the cocktails and juices, were delicious and satisfying. The staff was very friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. We also enjoyed the services offered on-site, such as horseback riding on the beach. We had a good time during our stay. The breakfast was delicious and the cocktails were great. We also enjoyed the horse riding along the beach. The hotel is located in a beautiful spot and the views were amazing.

Some of the staff were not very proactive and the service was often mediocre. We had a few small issues in our room, like the tap falling off and the pumps in the refillable cosmetics not working.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities and fulfilled all of our needs for a relaxing and indulgent vacation. The outdoor swimming pool was pristine with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas. We enjoyed the beautiful garden area and the direct access to the beach for stunning views at sunset. The restaurant and bar area were fantastic with high-quality food and drinks. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and had all the exclusive advantages we expected, including a private spa lounge and access to live entertainment.

Our stay at this hotel was almost perfect, but we did experience a minor issue: the spa and wellness centre was not as impressive as we were expecting, with limited massage options available and a less-than-ideal sun terrace. However, the overall experience was so positive that this hardly detracted from our enjoyment of the venue.
