We had a great stay at Casa Kaoba! The location was perfect for exploring Playa del Carmen, Xcaret Park, and the stunning cenotes. The staff were friendly and the pool was amazing. Our room was spacious and well-decorated, with a small kitchen and living room. The AC and internet worked well, and everything was clean. We loved the cost-benefit of this hotel and found it convenient to buy day passes for the all-inclusive resorts nearby.

During our Christmas stay, we received two lovely complementary gifts from the staff that made us feel right at home. the hotel's facilities were impressive, with a large swimming pool and relaxing hot tubs upon request. The location was perfect for a peaceful break, set away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We found a few things disappointing during our stay. there were quite a few mosquitoes in the room, which made it a bit uncomfortable.

I recently stayed at a hotel that was a great location for exploring Coba, Tulum, and Chichen Itza by car. It's situated outside the city, which means you can avoid the busy roads in the city center. The outdoor area at the hotel is fantastic, with a large pool and various cozy sitting areas. The price was reasonable, and to our surprise, we were upgraded to a suite for free, which was excellent value for money. We arrived around 1 pm, and the hotel allowed us to check in early. Parking was easy, with plenty of free spots available. The rooms had ample storage space for our belongings, and the air conditioner worked well.
