They were able to help us plan our day, and breakfast was delicious with various types of dishes to choose from. the glass water bottles they offered were very eco-friendly which we enjoyed.

the location was a bit far from the main attractions and restaurants, making it inconvenient to walk around.

The hotel is beautifully designed and the staff is excellent, attentive, and knowledgeable. They make you feel at home with their personalized service, like turning down the beds at night with little treats and setting the TV to a nature channel for relaxation. The hotel also takes an eco-friendly approach by not using plastic and providing high-quality glass water bottles for guests to refill in the lobby.

The bedroom does not offer a garden view, so it would be preferable to have a room upstairs for a better view.

the attentive staff were knowledgeable, providing helpful recommendations and organising our activities for us. the room was beautifully furnished with exclusive amenities, and the comfortable bed was turned down each night with special treats left for us.

The only minor issue we encountered was that our room did not have a garden view, although the rest of the hotel was stunning. the sun terrace located on the property provided beautiful views of the surrounding area.
