Casa Namal was a charming adults-only hotel with a helpful staff, great views from the rooftop, and delicious Mexican cuisine at the restaurant. I also enjoyed exploring Tortuga Beach and Norte Beach nearby.

Despite a few minor issues, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The spacious rooms, excellent A/C, comfortable bed, and included hearty breakfast were all highlights of our stay. We appreciated having a fridge and the option to request a coffee maker for our own supplies. The hotel's location near an HSBC ATM and the ferry to Isla Mujeres was convenient. Easy access to taxis and public buses allowed us to explore Cancun and the Hotel Zone easily. The staff was helpful and eager to make suggestions for nearby restaurants and attractions. Great internet connection for remote work.

It felt like I was transported to a little piece of paradise on Tulum Beach. the neighborhood was peaceful and residential, and I loved that there was a bike lane right in front of the hotel. From my porch, I had a stunning view of the Ultramar Ferry lighthouse, where I could easily catch a ferry to Isla Mujeres. the beach was just a block away, making it incredibly convenient. the hotel itself was so quiet and had a charming atmosphere. the kitchenette was adorable and perfect for spreading out. the attention to detail was impressive, with bespoke coffee tables and beautiful copper light fixtures. the front desk staff were communicative and there was even an app to make requests from the comfort of my bed. the wifi was excellent, allowing me to stream Netflix and YouTube without any issues. I would definitely choose this hotel again for work or leisure. It's a safe and clean option with a delightful ambiance. Thanks for the lovely surprise!
