We were instantly relaxed at Casa Once. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, even with our limited Spanish. The boutique hotel is in the center of Queretaro, within walking distance to all the historical sights. The breakfast was delicious and the room was spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend this charming hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! Its location was perfect, right in the heart of the historic center. The service and housekeeping were fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful, even arranging an airport shuttle for me. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. I also enjoyed relaxing on the terrace and outdoor dining area, and the sun loungers by the swimming pool were the perfect place for me to unwind.

I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Spent Christmas at this lovely boutique hotel and it was magical! the hotel is perfectly located, just a few steps from the historical and cultural heart of the city. the staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, always ensuring every single detail was perfect. the complimentary breakfast was a definite highlight, with delicious traditional Mexican dishes. the clean and elegant rooms feature top of the line finishes and provide the perfect combination of modern luxury and old world charm.
