Welcoming manager, luxurious room, excellent amenities, attentive staff, delicious breakfast, exceptional dining experience.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Upon arrival, I was welcomed with refreshments and escorted into a beautifully furnished room. Sophisticated decor, high-quality linens, and a bright marble bathroom made this hotel luxurious. Complimentary bottled water, soft drinks, and snacks were nice extra touches. The dining experience was superb, the breakfast offering anything from omelettes to pastries, and the restaurant’s filet mignon cooked in a savory marsala sauce was exceptionally tasty. All rooms have a TV with an extensive channel selection, and the staff was attentive and helpful throughout my stay.

Reaching out to anyone at the hotel during my stay was nearly impossible because the phone number listed doesn't work. And despite be assured my bill would be emailed to me, my bill has yet to arrive, causing issues with submitting expense reports for work.

Amazing hospitality and luxury room. The staff was professional, attentive, and catered to every need. The breakfast options were incredible with delicious pastries, omelettes, and juices. Plus, the marble bathroom was heavenly!

No one ever answered the phone, making communication tricky. my bill was never emailed to me as promised which made it hard to expense the charges.

Upon arriving at Casa Polanco, I was greeted by a friendly manager who made me feel at home. The room was luxurious and well-appointed with all the amenities one could ask for. The staff was attentive and the breakfast spread was delicious. In a moment of need, the hotel manager went above and beyond to help me get the medicine I required. I had a fantastic experience at Casa Polanco. I highly recommend it.

Manager greeted me in library, offered refreshments, snacks, hot towels. Deluxe room with 5-star furnishings, plenty of towels, soft sheets. TV had 1000 stations, including Golf Channel. Hospitable staff, attentive and professional. Superb breakfast with pastries, omelettes, pancakes. Hotel went above and beyond during my illness, getting a doctor and medicine.
