The hotel is situated on a hill, away from the super busy downtown area. However, they provide a free shuttle service to San Miguel's main square, so you don't need to worry about transportation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with room service that is served hot and on time. The staff is friendly and helpful, making your stay enjoyable.

The hotel lacks truth-in-advertising, as amenities like the heated pool and jacuzzi were not available during my stay.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel on the hill. The free shuttle service provided to the downtown area made exploring the city so convenient. The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities, including a spa & wellness centre, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with a balcony or terrace to enjoy the stunning views. I was also impressed with the delicious food served at the restaurant, and the option for in-room breakfast. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to everyone seeking a comfortable and relaxing stay.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

I had an amazing experience at Casa Primavera Boutique & Spa. The receptionist went above and beyond by upgrading my room due to our shared last name, which was a delightful surprise. The suite was beautiful with Juliet balconies that I enjoyed opening at night. The hotel and surrounding area were very quiet, allowing for a restful stay. The staff showed flawless hospitality and were helpful and kind throughout our visit. The hotel shuttle to town was convenient, but we also enjoyed the scenic 30-minute walk with spectacular views. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a great city break staying at a charming hotel with really comfortable and clean rooms. the natural and cool amenities made it extra special. the hotel staff were welcoming and happy to help. the hotel's location provided a relaxing environment, just a short distance from the city center.

It would have been nice if the hotel had given us a heads up regarding the possibility of noise from parties or events. Although we had a great stay, we recommend bringing earplugs just in case.
