The courtyard is beautiful, and the hotel's old building adds to its charm.

One downside is that there are not enough outlets near the beds, which can be inconvenient when needing to charge multiple devices.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel also has a beautiful terrace and garden furniture.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in Coatepec. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the main center of town and the delicious restaurants. The hotel's courtyard was absolutely beautiful and our room was comfortable. The kitchen served the most amazing full breakfasts, and the coffee was superb. We couldn't ask for more! The staff was also very helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautifully decorated and spacious rooms. the continental breakfast offered was a great way to start the day and there was plenty of variety. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas and getting a taste of the local culture.

The plunge pool wasn't working and we would have liked to try out the massage/spa services offered, but they were not available. It would have been nice to have more information available on local coffee plantations and the region's coffee culture.
