Casa Tortugas was absolutely stunning - beautiful house, amazing garden and pool. The owners were kind and helpful, providing useful information and even driving us into town. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome and safe. The spacious room and peaceful atmosphere made for a perfect stay. The location near the ferry harbour was convenient for exploring Isla Mujeres. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The beautiful building, both inside and out, had a nice decoration and offered a fantastic view of the lagoon. Relaxing by the swimming pool was a treat, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions, beaches, stores, restaurants, and public transportation. The hotel facilities, including the spacious rooms and the amazing infinity pool, were top-notch. Watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace was a definite highlight. We also appreciated the convenience of the ferry stop to Isla Mujeres directly across from the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Tortugas in Cancun. The hotel is located just a short walk from the bus stop and directly across from a beautiful beach. The room was spacious, clean, and had sliding doors that led to a lovely garden area. The swimming pool overlooking the lagoon was refreshing and the rooftop margaritas with sunset views were a highlight. The personal touches, like the big wooden doors and artwork, added to the charm of the hotel. The hosts, Christina and Alex, were perfect - always available and provided delicious coffee. a fantastic experience and I will definitely come back.

Situated near the hotel zone on the lagoon, this hidden gem offers a private oasis with beautifully decorated surroundings. Spacious condos have all the amenities needed, while the common areas are welcoming. The rooftop terrace with a bar and pizza delivery is a relaxing way to unwind. The hosts, Alex, Alejandro, and Cristina, were wonderful and genuinely cared about their guests.

As vegetarians and vegans, we loved that the hotel had a fully functioning kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils to prepare our own meals.

The outdoor infinity pool was fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers and shady umbrellas to relax in.

The staff are extremely accommodating and responsive through What's App. The pool and garden area is peaceful and relaxing, with comfortable loungers. The units have functional kitchens and ample storage space. Convenient location near a 24-hour convenience store, ferry, restaurants, and beaches. Laundry facilities and parking available on-site.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely hotel! The location was perfect, right in front of the ferry to Isla Mujeres and with a beautiful view of the non-swimmable lagoon where we even saw crocodiles! Public transport was also very close, although having a car allowed us to explore the area more easily. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The service provided by the owners was exceptional, they were so kind and helpful. We also enjoyed the free bottled water and the reliable Wi-Fi. Definitely recommend this hidden gem!

We had an incredible stay at a hotel in the perfect location - close to the Isla Mujeres ferry and just a short ride from downtown. The rooms were lovely, with comfortable beds, beautiful bathrooms, and great views of the lagoon. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and provided a thorough explanation of the hotel facilities. They even added me to a WhatsApp chat, which allowed me to ask questions anytime. The pool area was stunning and peaceful, surrounded by beautiful palm trees. The wifi was reliable, even during a storm. I highly recommend this place.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed a complementary balcony breakfast with two mimosas, which was a nice touch. the hotel is conveniently located near a ferry terminal, and we were able to take a day trip to an island with ease. the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room had a musty smell, and the bedding and towels could have been fresher. the shower had low water pressure, which made for a less than satisfying experience.
