I had the most enjoyable stay at this boutique hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from everything in the city center. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the attention to detail with the fixtures and fittings was impressive. The in-house restaurant served excellent food, a must-try while in town. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, making my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and above-average experience in Puebla.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the historic colonial district, just steps away from the Zocalo, so we were able to easily explore all the sites in the old city. Our room was beautifully decorated with antique furniture and had a spacious bathroom. The service was friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious Mexican dishes. We also enjoyed the live music in the courtyard during our lazy afternoons.

A minor plumbing issue, but it was quickly resolved by the attentive staff.

From the moment we entered this hotel, we were greeted with luxurious amenities and excellent service. The room was adorned with elegant decor and private facilities that fulfilled all of our exclusive needs. The restaurant and bar/lounge area served delicious cuisine and refreshing cocktails, and the location provided easy access to the city's historic sights.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was a slight delay in service during peak dining hours. However, the attentive staff quickly rectified the situation and continued to provide top-notch service throughout our time here.

The food options were great considering it was Christmas. The hotel's location was right in the heart of the city, which made it convenient to explore all the sights on foot.

The noise level in our room was unbearable. We could hear everything from the street, day and night.
