I had the most enjoyable stay at this boutique hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from everything in the city center. The rooms were beautifully decorated, and the attention to detail with the fixtures and fittings was impressive. The in-house restaurant served excellent food, a must-try while in town. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful, making my stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and above-average experience in Puebla.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the historic colonial district, just steps away from the Zocalo, so we were able to easily explore all the sites in the old city. Our room was beautifully decorated with antique furniture and had a spacious bathroom. The service was friendly and helpful, and the included breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of delicious Mexican dishes. We also enjoyed the live music in the courtyard during our lazy afternoons.

A minor plumbing issue, but it was quickly resolved by the attentive staff.

The food options were great considering it was Christmas. the hotel's location was right in the heart of the city, which made it convenient to explore all the sights on foot.

The noise level in our room was unbearable. We could hear everything from the street, day and night.
