I recently stayed at Central Park Lagunas By Sandy Powerful for 5 days during my vacation to Tulum. The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. The penthouse private pools were luxurious and exactly as depicted in the pictures. Additionally, the functional kitchenette was a convenient feature. The staff, despite the language barrier, went above and beyond to support the guests. The hotel's beautifully planted gardens made me feel like a millionaire. The attached cafe and bar, run by lovely people, added to the overall experience. For the price I paid, the hotel offered top-notch facilities and amenities. I highly recommend this hotel.

If I had to mention one thing, it would be the distance of the hotel from the city and the ongoing construction nearby. However, I would still recommend this hotel.

The location of Central Park Lagunas is great, being close to downtown La Veleta and just a short cycle to the beach. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with excellent facilities. The pool area was also really nice, and I loved having access to a gym and shared workspace.

The resort exceeded our expectations with its high-spec amenities, private swimming pool, and voice-activated lights. the gardens were beautifully planted, making us feel like millionaires. the attached cafe/bar run by lovely people added to the overall experience. the location, although undergoing construction, didn't bother us much. We enjoyed spending time in downtown Tulum, which had a charming and hippy vibe. All in all, Central Park Lagunas by Sandy Powerful provided a stunning resort experience at a great price!

The private pools were amazing and exactly as pictured. the kitchenette was functional. the staff who were there were very helpful and tried their best to support the guests, despite the language barrier. the room was clean and new, just like in the pictures. the direct access to the pool was great and it was cleaned often.

The location was not ideal, surrounded by construction and felt unsafe at night. the communication from staff was poor and they entered our apartment without us knowing.

The building is modern and well-designed, giving off a cool and trendy vibe. the rooms are clean and equipped with the latest technology, making for a comfortable stay. the bed provided in the room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

the road leading to the hotel was in poor condition, resulting in an extra charge for taxis and a longer travel time. It was also disappointing that housekeeping did not clean the room or change the towels throughout my two-week stay.

The hotel was nice and clean, with good facilities for cooking and storing food. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The pool and sun loungers in the complex were great for relaxing. I enjoyed using the cowork space with air conditioning and separate WiFi.
