I stayed at Central Park Resort & Spa and it was a great value for my money. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, tucked away on a quiet side street but still close to the town. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting with tour bookings and bike rentals.

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement by offering a wider variety of options.

The beds were huge, the pools and gym were great, and the staff were lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean. We highly recommend paying extra to use the beach club - the beach was beautiful and the waiters were attentive. The food and drinks were delicious, although a bit pricey. we had a fantastic time at Central Park Resort & Spa Tulum.

The location of the hotel is great, with the beach club just a short distance away and a shuttle bus available for convenience. The hotel is situated in a quiet, in-building area, making it a peaceful place to stay. The rooms are spacious and ultra clean, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing a warm welcome and even offering assistance through WhatsApp. Additionally, the hotel offers amenities such as Netflix and complimentary water and wine.

One downside is that the hotel lacks private parking, requiring guests to park on the street, which may not feel very secure.

Arriving at this luxurious hotel, I was impressed by the beautiful, well-maintained garden and the stylish outdoor dining area by the pool. the exclusive amenities in the room, such as the fully-equipped kitchen and the private facilities, exceeded my expectations. the staff were attentive and offered an impeccable service at the Spa & wellness centre. the hotel met all my needs for a relaxing and indulgent stay.

The location of the hotel was slightly inconvenient, requiring a car to explore the surrounding area. this minor issue was soon forgotten once I arrived at this beautiful venue.

As young people, we absolutely loved the fabulous design of the premises and the beautiful central tropical garden and pool. The rooms were spotless and the beds were super comfortable. The spa experience was a blessing, especially on those rainy days. Access to the spa area with jacuzzi, pool, steam room, sauna, and cool showers was a plus. The exceptional service from Francisco at the spa and the welcoming smiles and jokes from Jesus made our stay even more delightful. The beach club, Los Amigos, was a short shuttle ride away and had a beautiful beach and delicious food.

The facilities were modern and new, and the staff was always friendly and helpful. the gym was state of the art and the rooms were well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. the free shuttle to the nearby beach club was a great added bonus.

The location was quite remote and there wasn't much to do outside the hotel. the shuttle service was not always on time and had a tendency to become overcrowded as it was shared by the hotel employees.

The value for money at Central Park Resort & Spa was excellent, with modern and fresh rooms, a state-of-the-art gym, and even a free shuttle to Los Amigos Beach Club. The staff treated us exceptionally well, especially Sergio at the reception, who always gave us great guidance on getting around.

Spacious penthouse with modern design. Great rooftop pool and convenient location. Amazing spa with hydrotherapy day pass. Excellent service and amenities. Will definitely return!
