I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, with newly renovated rooms and tidy common areas. The hotel facilities were great, including the small pool and the balcony in my room. The location was perfect, close to grocery stores and many restaurants. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making my stay even better.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the dream apartment with its excellent facilities. The staff was incredibly helpful and the pool and jacuzzi were a great addition. Being located right in front of Che Tulum Hostel allowed us to enjoy both the tranquility of Che Suites and the vibrant atmosphere of the hostel. The hostel organized various activities, and the meet and dinner option was a fantastic way to socialize. The Coworking space on the rooftop was well-equipped and had a beautiful view of the Tulum jungle.

The rooftop jacuzzi was absolutely amazing, providing a relaxing and enjoyable experience. the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. the location of the hotel was convenient, with a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away and the bus station a 15-minute walk.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with stained sheets and a lack of maid service for simple things like fresh towels and rubbish collection. the lack of clear communication regarding shared accommodation was also disappointing, as the hotel was advertised as a private room in a hotel rather than a shared apartment.

We stayed at Che Suites Tulum and had the best experience! the room was spacious and comfortable, with a generous wardrobe and full-length mirror. the air conditioning was strong and cool, and we also had the option of using a fan. the staff were friendly and hospitable, and we loved having a private patio with a deck, hammock, and chair. the pool was perfect for relaxing and the sun loungers were great for reading a book. We also appreciated the free welcome drink and the convenience of a shared fridge and living space. it was our best experience in Mexico and we can't wait to go back!

I recently stayed at Che Suites in Tulum for two nights during August 15-17. The location was fantastic, just a quick walk to downtown. The staff were lovely and all the facilities, including the pool, were kept very clean. As a solo female traveller, I never felt unsafe. The communal area and swimming pool next to the bar were nice, and the building itself was beautiful. The hostel also offers a range of programs that are great, and the atmosphere and people are super helpful and nice. I had a great experience and would definitely stay again!

Che Suites Tulum Adults Only offered comfortable and spacious rooms with great amenities, including a fully equipped kitchen and a flat-screen TV. The outdoor swimming pool was a nice bonus for a refreshing swim. I enjoyed my stay!

Huge apartment with great balcony, nice staff, and a convenient location. Found a great hostel across the road for additional amenities.

Who needs a microwave or functioning bathroom window anyway? And let's not forget the joy of broken lamps and music from the hostel.
