We loved the fact that the staff gave us a "pass" to park at a nearby hotel and enter through their private entrance, avoiding the crowd at the main entrance. The rooms were big and clean, with a comfortable bed and a lovely bathtub. The pool was clean and the garden was beautiful, providing a peaceful and relaxing environment.

We had a pleasant stay in a spacious and clean room at this friendly hotel. The staff were helpful and the location was perfect, close to everything and right next to the Ruins. The room had windows on both sides, allowing a nice breeze to flow through. The facilities were well-maintained, including a large pool in the inner courtyard. The staff made us feel welcome and even taught us some Mayan phrases. it was a great place to stay in Piste.
