The staff at Cigno Hotel Boutique- Adults Only were so helpful and attentive throughout our stay. We were impressed with their genuine warmth and willingness to go the extra mile. One evening, we decided to take a dip in the pool but realized there weren't enough towels available. We mentioned this to a staff member, and within minutes, they had brought us fresh towels to enjoy our swim. It was a small gesture, but it made us feel well-cared for and valued as guests. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and dedication to guest satisfaction.

The staff provides unbeatable service catering to every need, and in-room breakfast is also available.

The location is a bit away from the main attractions, and it may take around 20 minutes to get there by walk. Yet, this minor issue can easily be solved by taking an Uber or other transportation.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving stay at this little gem. the hotel's interior design is great and the staff is lovely. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and cocktails that were well worth the cost. the balcony room we stayed in was huge, very comfortable and easy to communicate with the concierge. We also had a great time swimming in the pool.

The pool was small, and we could hear the noises from the main eating area in our room, which was a bit awkward. Finally, while the location is easy to get to, it is a 10-25 minute walk away from the main tourist areas, however no big deal for us.
