We had an amazing Xmas at this hotel! The staff was super friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with key attractions and restaurants just a short walk away. We also loved the beautiful design of the hotel and the delicious breakfast they served every morning.

That the pool was quite cold, which was a bit disappointing. However, we understand that it was winter and it's natural for the pool to be colder during this season.

I recently stayed at City Centro in Mexico City for a short business trip. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Centro Histórico, and I was impressed by the beautiful design and decor throughout the building. The staff, especially the gentlemen who assisted us with our bags and showed us to our rooms, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were quiet, comfortable, and spacious, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also appreciated the convenience of being able to check in at 3am when our flight was delayed. The breakfast served each morning offered a great variety of both traditional Mexican dishes and Western-style options. With its excellent location, friendly staff, and stylish ambiance, City Centro is a great place to stay in Mexico City.

The breakfast offers a good selection, and there is a rooftop bar where you can enjoy a drink and take in the view of the city.

Some guests mentioned that the check-in rules were strict and they were not allowed to leave their luggage at the front desk before the official check-in time.

We loved staying here! The location is superb, with everything we needed just steps away from this venue. It's almost impossible to get a taxi in the evening, but we didn't have to worry about that because there were a bunch of amazing restaurants in the area.

The hotel is well situated, close to tourist areas and historic downtown. It is convenient to explore the city by foot, and accessible to Ubers. Additionally, the communal areas are high end, and the roof terrace is a great place to relax.

The downstairs cafe can be quite noisy in the morning, which can be bothersome to some guests.
