Spending Christmas at this tourist hotel was a great experience! the spacious and well-furnished rooms were amazing. the beauty of the tropical park, where the hotel is located, is stunning. the sweeming pool was perfect for enjoying summer days, and the waterfalls near the hotel were breathtaking.

the restaurant was not so good, and we had to look for dining options outside the hotel. the stay was lovely and the hotel is perfectly located for exploring the nearby attractions.

We loved the beautiful design of this place, with its thatched-roof restaurant and pool surrounded by gorgeous plantings. The whole property is very quiet and tranquil, giving us a sense of peace and relaxation. The staff was great and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, and we enjoyed the view of the pool and jungle from our balcony. this place was a wonderful oasis that exceeded our expectations.

We highly recommend this place to all.

This hotel is conveniently located on the highway between Mexico City and Cancun, making it a great stop for backpackers on a road trip. The restaurant offers quick service for a standard Guatemalan breakfast, which is perfect for starting your day on the road. The hotel is also surrounded by lush jungle, providing a unique and scenic backdrop for your stay.

The hotel's Wi-Fi service is unreliable and difficult to connect to.

We had a great experience at Ciudad Real. the hotel's exterior is stunning, just like in the pictures, and the staff is friendly. the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-designed. We loved that the sink and mirror were separate from the bathroom, making it convenient for multiple people to get ready at once. the location is convenient, within walking distance to the center and close to a supermarket. As a group of female travelers, we felt safe walking back to the hotel in the early evening.
