I had a wonderful stay at this quaint apartment complex in Playa del Carmen. The value for money was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was great, just a short walk or taxi ride away from the touristy areas. The staff treated me like family, always going above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, making it the cleanest place we have stayed in for a while. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautiful and well-maintained pool that we had all to ourselves for two weeks. The location in a calm residential area was perfect, allowing us to experience the typical neighborhood atmosphere of this region. The hotel also provided free bikes, which made biking to the city center and beaches a fun and enjoyable experience.

The hosts went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction during our New Year stay. the room was upgraded to a spacious apartment for free, which was a pleasant surprise. the apartment was clean and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. One of the highlights was the large pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. the location offered easy access to the city center and beach, with a short walk or affordable taxi ride.

While the neighborhood had some rough areas, it felt safe during the day. At night, barking dogs could be heard, but it became less noticeable with time.
