The beachfront location was amazing, with stunning views of the bay. We loved being able to take romantic walks along the malecon and watch the sunset together. the pool area was also very nice, perfect for lounging and relaxing in the sun.

The hotel rooms were quite outdated and in need of renovation. the Wi-Fi was very unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected during our romantic escape.

This resort-style hotel is a hidden gem. The location is perfect, as it is within walking distance of many restaurants and the center of town, but still away from the center of hustle and bustle. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast at the adjacent cafe is amazing. On weekends, the locals cruise the malecon for entertainment and it is a great sight to watch.

The hot tub could be warmer for those who are used to higher temperatures.

I recently stayed at Hotel & Suites El Moro for a relaxing getaway. The meals were fresh and tasty, and though the cost was a bit high, the service was always excellent. The swimming pool area was inviting, and the access to the ocean across the street was a nice bonus. The TV and cable options were excellent, and the WiFi worked well. The hotel had a beautiful "Beach Bungalow" style and the grounds were well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more!

Hotel El Moro offers spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and a perfect location between the city center and the beaches. The property is immaculate and provides clean towels daily. The on-site restaurant is nice, and the hotel offers free bottled water.

Our family had a pleasant stay at Club El Moro. The hotel has a white-washed, sunny charm and is in a great location away from the crowds but within a safe walking distance to town. a good value for the price.

We loved this venue. The location was beautiful right by the ocean and the gardens were very peaceful. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was well-equipped and we loved having the terrace to relax on.

The hotel was located near a beautiful ocean view and a lively street with lots of restaurants and bars. the pool was a great place to relax on a hot day.

Our experience was not great. We visited during Thanksgiving and the hotel was very understaffed.

the charming mexican-style cottage room and beautiful pool and garden made for a relaxing atmosphere. the front-desk staff, especially the younger staff member, were extremely friendly and helpful. the location right by the seaside promenade was a great choice. the hotel also had kitchen facilities and good free WiFi, which was a bonus.
