The location of the hotel was perfect. It was right in the heart of the entertainment district and just a short walk from the beach. Everything that I needed, like shops, restaurants, and bars, was just around the corner. the service at the hotel was excellent, with friendly staff always ready to assist with a smile. the room was clean and well-lit, making it feel comfortable and inviting.

One thing to be aware of is that the hotel is located in a noisy area, with music and noise from nearby bars and clubs playing late into the night. This could be a problem for light sleepers.

Plus, everything was very clean and well-maintained. I also appreciated the small kitchenette in the room, which was perfect for making a light breakfast and sandwiches for lunch. However, I would recommend trying out the great little restaurants within a couple of blocks for dinner. I had a great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Playa del Carmen.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with 2 double beds and a balcony. The staff was friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any requests. The location was fantastic, situated in the Italian neighborhood just off the famous Fifth Avenue. We loved being able to explore the area and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Plus, having breakfast included was a great bonus.
