The location of the hotel was ideal, right by the beach and close to all the famous restaurants and bars. The room was excellent, cozy, and refreshing, just a few steps away from the beach. The staff, including Cecilia, Mathias, Rodrigo, and Mario, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel also offered a free breakfast, and the prices at the beach bar were reasonable.

The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. The towels and bed sheets had stains on them, and it took a long time to get them replaced.

We had the most incredible view of the sea from our room at Coco Tulum Beach Club. The location was unbeatable, right on the beach. The ambiance of the hotel was lovely, with a relaxed and tropical atmosphere. We loved being able to walk to other beach clubs and restaurants nearby. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Despite a few minor inconveniences, overall I highly recommend this hotel.

I visit Tulum once a year and usually I reside at Coco Tulum. It's one of the older places, with a beautiful garden and a prime beachfront location. The lively beach club adds to the vibrant atmosphere, and the prices are fair. The white walls and nature create a stunning backdrop, and waking up to the sound of birds and the ocean is blissful. The comfortable bed and full-size mirror were great additions to the room. The cleaning staff were prompt and provided fresh linen and towels every day. The reception staff, especially Mattias, were incredibly helpful and always available. The Sunday beach bar party was a fun highlight, making our stay truly memorable. The breakfast was delicious and started our day off right. the comfort and positive energy at Coco Tulum make it a place worth returning to.

Mind-blowing location just steps from the beach with white soft sand and plenty of sunbeds. The unique white design beach bar offers amazing cocktails, smoothies, and delicious food. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and daily housekeeping made our stay super enjoyable. The nearby restaurant served a tasty breakfast with various options. Plus, grocery and liquor shops were conveniently close.

Great complimentary breakfast and a lovely beach view from the room! the hotel was located in a prime spot, allowing me to easily find places to eat and explore the town. the air conditioning in the room was blissfully cool and made the tropical heat bearable.
