loved our stay at a charming cabana in Playa del Carmen. Staff was incredibly nice, rooms were comfy, and the restaurant had seriously good food. A highlight of our Mexico trip!

I recently stayed at a quaint beachfront hotel. The location was ideal, as it was just a short walk to the beautiful beach. The cabanas were charming, and they even had air conditioning, providing relief from the heat. The staff was friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The shaded areas with hammocks were perfect for relaxation, and the pool was a refreshing addition to my stay.

That the hotel did not offer all-inclusive options like some of the neighboring hotels.

We had an incredible stay at Coco's Cabanas. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always there when we needed them. the room was very convenient, and we appreciated the welcome drink and complimentary coffee capsules. These small touches made our stay so much more enjoyable. the location of Coco's is also great, tucked between other larger hotels and just a short walk to the beach. We loved the off-the-beaten-path feel of this cool little spot with tons of character.

We stumbled upon this hidden gem down a dirt road and it was worth the effort. The bungalows were quaint and secluded, offering a peaceful escape. The wood-fired pizzas were a surprising highlight, and the owner ensured our well-being. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we highly recommend this charming hotel. it's a must-visit for a quiet and delightful getaway.

The suite was large and lovely with greenery around and close to the beach. Helpful staff and good breakfast included. Manager Silvia was very nice. Delicious food and access to the beach.

Tastefully decorated rooms, tranquil grounds, excellent food quality, helpful and friendly staff. Off the beaten path, short walk to the beach. Taxi needed for airport and downtown. No concierge, but staff answers questions and gives suggestions. Breakfast available. Tips: Arrange transportation beforehand, exchange WhatsApp with taxi driver for efficient rides. Lovely and comfortable cabanas. Restaurant and bar are excellent. Maid service is attentive. Though not many amenities around, it's a great place to relax.

We stayed in the cozy Verde Suite, located on the edge of the property. The room was quaint and secluded, giving us a peaceful retreat. The staff provided warm and friendly service, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a variety of warm, delicious options each day. We also enjoyed the beautiful landscaping on the property, adding to the overall charm of the hotel.

The surrounding area is not ideal for a leisurely walk, and there aren't many nearby amenities such as supermarkets or other food options.

My xmas at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the one hand, the staff was really friendly and always helpful. the breakfast was really tasty, especially the coffee and the fruit. the location of the hotel was great, near the beach and close to the town center, which was convenient for going out. We really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of the gardens, and the privacy of our bungalow was a bonus.

On the other hand, there were some aspects of the hotel that were really disappointing. For one, the transportation was unreliable, and the drivers frequently got lost when trying to find the hotel.

For the price we paid, we got great value! The room had a fun and comfy vibe, and the location was perfect - tucked away between the beach and the jungle. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The morning meal could use some improvement, especially the variety of options.
