We loved that there were plenty of restaurants in the nearby mall, making it easy for us to grab a bite to eat. The service at this hotel was top-notch, with room service available 24/7 and friendly staff who were always willing to assist us. The room amenities were great too, with an in-room safe, air conditioning, and a flat-screen TV. And the best part? The hotel had a beautiful terrace where we could enjoy the stunning city views.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel near the business district and main area. The location was perfect for us, as we were close to Santa Fe and CIDE. The service was exceptional, with staff members always willing to help. Elena O was particularly helpful during our stay. The room was clean and the amenities provided enhanced our comfort. We appreciated the terrace and in-room air conditioning. The hotel also offered a variety of services, including room service, dry cleaning, and airport shuttle, making our stay even more convenient.

The hotel had two complementary services that were helpful during our stay – a shuttle bus and a breakfast buffet. the location was also convenient, as it was close to a shopping mall and several restaurants. Another advantage was the gym, which was well-equipped and allowed us to maintain our fitness routine during the holiday season.

There were also some negative aspects to our experience. the rooms were quite small and lacked basic amenities such as a refrigerator or microwave.

As a tourist, I really enjoyed the excellent location in Santa Fe. It was easy for me and my mother to get to Torre Arcos for our workshop weekend. The rooms were clean, and the staff was very friendly. The view from the upper floors of the hotel, overlooking the volcanoes and the city, was fantastic. Additionally, the hotel provided security boxes in the room, adding to our peace of mind. The price was also very good, making it a great value for money. Breakfast was included and although the quality of the sweet bread could be improved, it was a decent meal overall. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

The design of the rooms lacked ventilation, making them damp and smelling of mold. the windows did not open, causing a buildup of steam after showers.
