We really enjoyed our stay at this place. The location on the cooperativo line from Ciudad Hidalgo was very convenient for us, especially when coming in from Guatemala. The pool was large and refreshing, perfect for lounging and cooling off. Our room was spacious and the king size bed was extremely comfortable. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, providing a cool and comfortable environment. The restaurant had recently been remodeled and expanded, and we found the prices to be reasonable. The breakfast buffet, especially on Thursdays through Sundays, was great. We also appreciated the option to get a continental breakfast or a discount on a full breakfast or buffet if we included breakfast in our stay. The staff here were friendly and helpful, and Teddy was particularly outstanding in his service. We have stayed here multiple times over the past few years and have always had a great experience. We highly recommend this place to our family and friends.

The gardens were beautiful and provided a nice atmosphere to relax in. the pool was clean and refreshing, perfect for cooling off during the hot weather. the staff, particularly Teddy, were fantastic and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The hotel did not meet our expectations in several areas. the staff seemed forgetful and often ignored our requests, forcing us to repeatedly call for assistance.
