The facilities at Conrad Punta De Mita were top-notch. The rooms were beautifully designed and impeccably clean. We especially loved the pool area and the private beach. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, especially with our two young children. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a great variety of options.

The buffet breakfast is delicious, and the restaurants offer a variety of tasty options. The pools are beautiful and well-maintained, offering comfortable pool beds. the hotel provides a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The food and drinks delivery can be a bit slow at times.

The staff at the kids club were attentive and accommodating, ensuring that children had a great time. The pool area was spacious and not overcrowded, allowing for enjoyable swimming and lounging. The addition of free bikes to ride was a nice bonus, although there weren't many places to explore.

One specific situation that happened during my stay was when I booked a massage for two. However, we realized we didn't bring our swimming suits, so we asked if we could come back the next day to use the jacuzzi and pool.

The beach was stunning with crystal clear water and soft sand. the facilities were immaculate and the staff was courteous and welcoming. They had free Wi-Fi in the rooms and the pool was well maintained. the breakfast spread was delicious with plenty of options.

The food made us all sick, ruining our entire trip. It was a complete disaster as we couldn't enjoy any of the activities we had planned.

The hotel had luxurious amenities which fulfilled our every need. the service was excellent, and the Spa & Wellness Centre was astounding. the live entertainment was beyond anything we'd experienced before and left us in awe. the outdoor pool was relaxing, and the location advantages with private facilities made it even better. the restaurant had delicious food, and the in-room breakfast was a treat.

The only small issue was the outdoor dining area, which could have been improved. the packed lunches and special diet menus more than made up for it.

Modern rooms, close to the ocean. Plenty of activities available, friendly staff. Fast wifi, many pools, restaurants nearby. Ideal for a stay on the Pacific coast.
