During my recent stay at Copper Canyon Riverside Lodge, I had the pleasure of enjoying the charming vintage look and feel of the lodge. The claw foot tub in my room was a delightful touch, adding to the overall atmosphere. The lodge itself is a treasure, with rooms on multiple levels surrounded by gardens and tropical plants. Exploring the period art and furniture was a fascinating experience. Although there was no shower, the bathtub was sufficient for my needs. The friendly and accommodating staff made my stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the location of the lodge in the small town of Batopilas was perfect for immersing myself in the quiet atmosphere and visiting the local museum. I highly recommend this lodge for a unique and atmospheric experience.

The beautifully restored colonial home had a rustic charm with lovely antiques and stencil detailing throughout. The patios were cool and restful, perfect for relaxing. The best part was the host, who provided wonderful coffee and continental breakfasts in a beautifully set table. The history within the property was also interesting to explore.

The beds had old fashioned metal springs, which made them a bit bouncy. It was also very warm during Christmas, and the portable AC was too noisy to use throughout the night.

This venue is a luxurious oasis surrounded by lush greenery and stunning courtyards. The exclusive amenities, including a Jacuzzi and private facilities, added a touch of indulgence to our stay. The attentive staff provided exceptional service, ensuring that we had an unforgettable experience. The location advantages were also notable, with outdoor dining areas and picnic tables offering stunning views of the surrounding area.

The only minor issue we encountered was an occasional lack of live entertainment. However, this was quickly rectified by the leisure/TV room, which offered plenty of entertainment options to keep us occupied.

Spent Easter at a restored estate in a tropical canyon with lush gardens and charming rooms. Loved exploring the historical documents in the library and the fascinating art and furniture throughout the property. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a simple breakfast while sitting outdoors. Plus, the microclimate created a refreshing atmosphere during the particularly warm days we experienced.

There was only a bathtub in our room, which wasn't ideal for our preferences. the wifi was only available in certain areas, but it wasn't a big problem since we came to disconnect.

Couldn't find any faults at all

The hotel is beautifully restored with stunning period furniture and decoration. The rooms are comfortable and the courtyards filled with plants are lovely. The breakfast served in a period room with garden views is delicious. The staff is attentive and the proprietor is welcoming.

The staff, especially Umberto, provided wonderful coffee and continental breakfasts which were served at a beautifully set table. The hotel also had interesting historical elements, such as a fascinating library with a wide array of reading material, including historical documents. The staff were happy to help and share tips on fun activities in several places. The location was central and convenient, with easy access to the few restaurants available in the area, ensuring that vegan meals could be enjoyed for dinner.
